Field Trip 🔭
Knowledge Party: TheBlueprint Exp #3 [WIP]
The first iteration we ran in Civic Tech Toronto to co-document our experience.
People are happy to chat but not motivated to write or lack of time window dedicated for documenting. Worth an investigation.
How One Built a Community Around Learning: From Solo Experiment to Group Movement [WIP]
A journey of trial and error, and scaling.
One wanted to understand AI better. He decided to teach others about it—not because he was an expert, but because teaching forces you to learn deeply. This didn't work well for his students. So he tried a different format: a casual monthly gathering where people could show off what they were working on. This worked really well. Then he realized he could use this same approach to build something bigger: a community focused on how people use tools to think better and understand the world.

Open Quest #2 📜 Brainstorming
UofT has a lot of resources and facilities that is not fully utilized and the community can ask for share.
How can people in community discover what is available in the campus? And how can the UofT faculties know the needs of the community?
If you have an idea, tell us! Or tell the partnership office of UofT!
- Experimental:
- Exploring Dublin core and other ways to organize information, will work with UofT students in future semester.
- We can make project experience more accessible with graph algorithm and visualization, but the scope is challenging. It is possible we will do a trip planning tool as a small scope proof-of-concept before fixing the project planning (more users, higher complexity)
